What are the terms on the advertised rental?  All rents advertised are based on a One Year lease.


Do I have to commit for one year? 
No. We also offer Month to Month leases, which require a minimum 45 day vacating notice, and gives you the flexibility you need. There is a 3 month minimum stay and all leases on this term are subject to a 10% rent increase on advertised rate.


I'm looking for a furnished rental, do you have any? 
We can furnish any unit upon request! Prices will vary -contingent upon size of unit, and other optional items.


How much is the security deposit?  Our units range in size from one to three bedroom.  Security Deposits will vary by size of unit and range anywhere from $2000 to $4500.


Can I use my security deposit as last month's rent?
No. Security deposits are just that... deposits. Only to be used in case of any damage beyond normal wear and tear.


What if I need to move on the 15th? Will my rent be due on the 15th of each month through out my lease?
No. We will pro-rate your first month, and rent will be due on the first of each month for the remainder of your lease.


Do you allow pets?
Yes! You will be required to provide a "pet deposit" This may range from $500 to $1,000. Damages are not limited to the amount held. This deposit is refundable.


Who is responsible for landscaping and snow removal? RBA takes care of it all. 


What happens if I have a maintenance emergency after hours? Call us! We have a 24/7 Emergency contact number! A team member is always available to handle maintenance emergencies that occur after hours. (Lockouts and maintenance emergencies caused by neglegance on behalf of the tenant are subject to a fee).

Are any of your properties for sale? No. Occasionally our construction arm, Condon Brown Builders will build and sell, however none of our townhouses are for sale, and we do not offer a "option to buy" clause on any of our leases.
